About the Workshop

Sunday 15th March
10:30-4:30 with an hour lunch break

We are excited to welcome experienced potter, Russell Gibbs, Back to Fishponds Pottery on Sunday 15th March for this “Throwing Large” masterclass.
Within the workshop, Russell will guide you through preparing and throwing with large amounts of clay. You’ll be shown how to centre and pull up incrementally heavier weights – ideal for those ready to challenge and scale up their throwing.

You’ll be using our white stoneware clay.
As this masterclass is focused on building skills rather than generating work, the workshop cost does not include firing.
We will provide tea and coffee but please bring some lunch with you.
